Faded Ribbons - Knitter's #90, Spring 2008

I wanted to share with you a new pattern of mine that is published in the upcoming Spring 2008 issue of Knitter's magazine #90. It is a very easy pattern to work - all the knitting is done in straight lines. The 2x2 Rib pattern around the waist gives this top a nice body fitting waist shaping. The sample is worked in Universal ROZETTI Alora . The yarn feels very light and airy; and it is perfect for a summer knit like this.

My favorite garment in the issue. What a great use of a variegated yarn.

My favorite garment in the issue as well. But I can't find the yarn anywhere. I think the yarn colors give it a soft look. The variegation really makes it outstanding. I'd change the colors a little to make it my own, if only I could find them all.
